The Work Platform will arrive onsite with all the necessary equipment needed for set up.

Spot matting square and centered 18” to 24” from casing bowl. Level as required.

Positioning, binding and leg pins must be installed.

1) Attach crane to floor sling provided. Lift on front of platform to stand floor and rails vertical

2) Lifting point will swing as platform hinges to vertical position. (Watch for pinch points).

3) Install Keeper pins to hold assembly vertical.

With crane holding up floor, remove binding and positioning pins. Position work floor to required height and install positioning pins.

Lower work floor to horizontal position.(Watch for swinging floor legs).Adjust floor legs to level floor and install Keeper pins. Set down floor legs on solid base.

Note: Leg cross braces are required every 2.5 m (8ft) above the ground.

Attach crane to top of telescoping stairs. Pull spring pin. Hoist into position. (Watch for pinch points, stairs will scope out as required).Ensure stairs are fully hooked in pockets and sitting level.

Install handrails in marked positions and your platform is finished!

• Ensure no equipment is on work floor and centre pad is pinned to keep from sliding.
• Remove handrails and put away on racks. Install pins to hold hand rails on racks.
• Attach crane to stairs and lower to base. (Watch for pinch points). NOTE: It is not necessary to remove handrails
• Attach crane to front of work floor and hoist to vertical position.
• Remove positioning pins and adjust work floor to travel position ( 4 adjustment holes from bottom)
• Install positioning pins and binding pins.
• Hold up on work floor and remove keeper pins. Lay down rails and platform.
•Ensure rails are set in racks.
